Buhle Manitshana (Business Development Director)

Although Buhle is the youngest of the three Directors, his dynamic, enthusiastic and vast academic background makes him the ideal candidate to lead the company. With over five years’ experience in the construction and project management environment, his academic rigidness prevails as he is a doctoral candidate in the same environment. His affluent business sense further ensures that where opportunity emits, the company explores and makes its mark through delivering the highest calibre of service.

Buhle acquired much of his experience with Africa’s largest infrastructure company, Aveng group (Grinaker-LTA), and then followed on to the consulting environment through ISF Services. He prides himself on his abilities to work with people at all levels and is further the author of several journals which he has presented at conferences both nationally and internationally.

Alberto Ridolfi (Project Management Director)

Alberto has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. During this time he has been responsible for the construction of various landmark buildings in Johannesburg and elsewhere. He has been a Contracts Manager at Giuricich Brothers, Murray and Roberts and also a Director at Term Project Management.

Alberto has various tertiary qualifications in both architecture and construction management and has attained various certificates in project management to enforce his knowledge.
